加州如何終結口味煙草的銷售?
2022年11月8日,加州選民對第31號提案投下「贊成票」,也代表支持參議院793號法案,阻止零售商販售大多數的口味煙草產品,包括薄荷醇香煙及電子煙。1 值得注意的是,該法案側重於販售口味煙草產品的零售商,並不會對購買、使用或擁有口味煙草產品的個人進行處罰或定罪。
零售商將不再被允許在加州販售以下煙草產品:2
- 帶有口味的電子煙及電子蒸氣煙
- 帶有口味的電子煙煙汁、煙彈及煙倉
- 薄荷醇香煙
- 帶有口味的雪茄煙(little cigars)或小雪茄(cigarillos)
- 帶有口味的無煙煙草產品
- 帶有口味的雪茄紙(blunt wraps)
- 帶有口味的散葉自捲煙草
- 帶有口味的捲煙紙
- 煙草產品加味劑
